Compos Digital Print is the division dedicated to high-definition digital printing, designed to guarantee maximum production flexibility, high quality and fast turnaround times.

Thanks to a technologically advanced fleet of machinery, we produce small and large format items to high quality standards with great chromatic accuracy. Our technologies include cutting-edge printing systems such as the Canon Colorado, Canon Arizona and Konica Minolta KM-1, supported by the latest generation sublimation printing systems courtesy of the Mimaki Tiger 600 printer.

These solutions allow us to produce promotional materials, corporate catalogues, personalised productions and applications on various substrates, always maintaining control of the production process and reliability of results.

Special machinery

OCÈ ARIZONA

The most reliable machine for high quality large-format printing. Arizona allows one to print directly onto different types of medium, including canvas, wood, ceramic and glass. It can produce perfect batch prints on textured or high-density surfaces, such as packaging materials, or on rigid mediums up to 4 cm thick. The printer uses up to six colours, and can also include white ink or varnish for decorative applications. The Light Cyan and Light Magenta option provides superior print quality for photographic and decorative applications.

CANON COLORADO M5 WHITE FULL

The Colorado M5 embodies the evolution of UVgel technology, introducing the use of high-opacity white ink without production slowdowns. Thanks to ink that gels instantly, it offers millimetre-precise dot control and an impeccable finish (matte or glossy) without the need for thermal drying. It is the definitive solution for premium graphics on magnetic substrates, wallpapers and transparent films, guaranteeing scratch resistance and unprecedented chromatic brilliance.

Designed for high-speed industrial production, the Mimaki Tiger 600 redefines sublimation printing standards. This roll-to-roll printer combines extraordinary productivity with total operational stability, ideal for large volumes of sportswear, soft signage and home textiles. The advanced ink degassing system and nozzle monitoring sensors ensure consistent print quality, eliminating machine downtime and maximising chromatic output.

KONICA MINOLTA ACCURIOJET KM-1

Defined as "the bridge between offset and digital", the KM-1 is a B2+ format UV inkjet printer capable of printing on an infinite variety of substrates without pre-treatment. Thanks to Dot Freeze technology, the ink is instantly fixed to the sheet, guaranteeing perfect front-to-back registration and sharpness comparable to offset printing. It is the excellence choice for personalised packaging, art books and promotional materials that require photographic quality on natural, coated and synthetic papers.
